The apartment is a spacious one bedroom which offers a sleeping capacity of 4 people. All apartments are finished to a very high standard. There is an open plan kitchen area along with dining and living area where you will find a double sofa bed along with a master double bedroom and. There is also a luxury family bathroom. The apartment also has a private balcony which has a patio set where you can relax or enjoy some alfresco dining.

The resort is close to Puerto Rico where there are plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy.

You also have an amazing sandy beach just a short walk away where you can relax or try one of the many water sports on offer.

Owners can occupy their fixed week each year at the home resort in Gran Canaria or may also choose to join a timeshare exchange company and bank and exchange the weeks to thousands of resorts across the World. There is an extra charge for joining an exchange company and we can explain this in full.
