This ownership is for fixed week numbers 22 & 23. These are the first two weeks of June each year and often cover the half term holiday week.

This penthouse apartment with a stunning private pool and private sun terrace area is a spacious two-bedroom which offers a sleeping capacity of 6 people. There is an open plan kitchen area along with dining and living area, where you will find a double sofa bed. You have a large master bedroom with ensuite and a further double / twin bedroom which has a family bathroom adjacent to it. There is also a luxury family bathroom. The penthouse apartment benfits from a large sun terrace which includes your private swimming pool along with a patio set and sun loungers where you can relax or enjoy some alfresco dining.

The resort offers outdoor swimming pool. Pool bar/restaurant. Resort reception with onsite shop where you can purchase all your essentials. Reception can also help you arrange car rental and other services. The reosrt is walking distance to Amadores beach.

The resort is close to Puerto Rico where there are plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy.

You also have an amazing sandy beach just a short walk away where you can relax or try one of the many water sports on offer.

Owners can occupy their fixed weeks each year at the home resort in Gran Canaria or may also choose to join a timeshare exchange company and bank and exchange the weeks to thousands of resorts across the World. There is an extra charge for joining an exchange company and we can explain this in full.
