The private owner is offering their ownership which is described as 10,000 points to use across the Holiday Concepts portfolio of resorts each year.

This ownership come complete with the 2018 and 2019 full allocation of points available. This means you have immediate access to 20,000 points which will make your holiday time go a lot further!

The points system means you can holiday at different resorts, different times of year and pick and choose the time period that works for you each year. You are not fixed to certain inventory or a certain resort apartment. The points system allows maximum flexibility.

The apartment types will differ from each resort but the majority of resorts have studio sleeps 2, one bedroom sleeps 4 and two bedroom sleeps 6. There are sometimes large apartments and we can report back to you on individual resorts on request.
