The week numbers are 30 & 31 which are peak season weeks which fall at the end of July and beginning of August each year. The apartment is a lovely one bedroom which sleeps 4 people in complete comfort. The apartment is named "Fortescue".
The current owner has added the following comments about the ownership they are selling.
For more than 2 decades we have enjoyed the facilities at Kingswear Park and always took the steam train from there to Paignton. Ferry trips up to Totnes and short hops to Dartmouth were another must-do. Brixham and Torquay are close by and week 31 often saw us attend the firework display at Paignton. Fabulous memories remain and we know you will enjoy it as we did.
