The ownership is a fixed week number 15 which is the second week in April each year.

The lock off style apartment allows you to use one large apartment over one weekly period or split the apartment into two smaller apartments (lock off) and taking advantage of two weeks at the resort, or using one week and banking and exchanging the other apartment.
