This ownership is a multi destination ownership which gives owners access to a portfolio of resorts through Lion Resorts and further destinations by using an external timeshare exchange company. The ownership is for 1 high floating season week. The apartment is a one bedroom which sleeps a total of 4 people.
The vendor has added the following comments.
We have travelled within the Lion Resort Vacation Club to Egypt, Zante, Cyprus and Mallorca and have always found the facilities to be of the highest standard and providing a very relaxed atmosphere. For those wanting a more upbeat holiday, each resort has been able to offer this type of facility in a separate location, but within easy access to the Lion Resort.
The resort staff have been very accommodating and welcome packs have been provided as standard.
Reluctantly we are selling, as a result of a medical problem which has now made it difficult to reap the benefits provided by our timeshare.
