The ownership is for 1 high floating season week which can be used at any time period throughout the year in a two bedroom which will have a total sleeping capacity of 6 people. This ownership currently has options within Majorca, Tenerife and Spain. The current resort names within the portfolio are: Cala De Mar, Santa Barbara Ocean Club and Los Amigos Beach Club.
The floating high season week allows occupancy throughout the year with the only black out periods being July and August. If there is availability in these time periods they will be offered.
The current ownership has a lease which expires at the end of 2021.
