The current owner is offered 5 x week number 36 for private sale. Week 36 is the second week in September. The accommodation is a studio style apartment which sleeps 2 people. There is open plan living and sleeping, private bathroom, balcony and partial kitchen.

The fun part of this ownership is that the maintenance fee is super low and is currently quoted at €249 per ownership week. On top of this each week 36 is worth a massive 41,500 RCI Points.

You can choose to holiday at your home resort each year or take advantage of upgrading into the RCI points system. There is an additional cost to do this and we will explain this in full once you make contact.

The changeover day for the home resort weeks in Tenerife is a Friday.
