The current owner is offering for private sale week 13. Week 13 is the first week in April. This week often covers the Easter holiday period. We can supply a full resort calendar to show future check in dates.
The accommodation is a One Bedroom Apartment which sleeps 4 people with swimming pool views. There is a master double bedroom, open plan living and dining area along with fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom, balcony with patio set.
You can choose to holiday at your home resort each year or take advantage of upgrading into the RCI points system. There is an additional cost to do this and we will explain this in full once you make contact.
The changeover day for the home resort week in Tenerife is a Friday.
