The current owner is offering for private sale week 37. This falls as a mid September week each year. We can supply a full resort calendar to show future check in dates. The client also owns week 38 and would consider selling either 37 or 38 as they wish to retain one week.

The accommodation is a One Bedroom Duplex Apartment which sleeps 4 people. There is a master double bedroom, open plan living and dining area along with fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom, balcony with patio set.

The apartment is located on the side of the resort and has a private balcony 1st floor and terrace ground floor, not overlooked and Sunny from morning until evening.

You can choose to holiday at your home resort each year or take advantage of upgrading into the RCI points system. There is an additional cost to do this and we will explain this in full once you make contact.
