The ownership is at the Inter Résidences in Tignes Val Claret. Tignes has grown into one of the premier resorts in the Alps. It's partnership with neighbouring Val d'Isere offers one of the most diverse and expansive ski areas in the world - l’Espace Killy. This huge ski area offers diverse terrain from beginner to expert off piste. The modern timeshare apartment is within walking distance of the lifts and picturesque slopes of one of the most snow-sure resorts in the French Alps. The studio apartment with balcony is 27 m2 and sleeps 4 people. There is separate ski and boot storage. The apartment is well furnished and fully equipped including fridge, hob, microwave/oven/grill, dishwasher, TV, bed linen, and towels.

This is the only timeshare property in Tignes with an indoor swimming pool. Other facilities include a lounge, saunas, billiards table and Wi-Fi.

All bed linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis.

The resort has an excellent selection of après ski venues, restaurants and lively nightlife. For non-skiers there is a health spa, a gym, an ice rink and a heated outside pool.

The ownership is part of the RCI network of resorts and can be exchanged to resorts across the world.

The annual maintenance fees are currently €295 per week.
