The Garden Cottage has a spacious sitting room with log burner, the patio doors open to a patio and the communal garden area. There are 2 bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin). There is a double sofa bed on the mezzanine level. The bathroom with bath, over bath electric shower, wc & basin. There is a shower room with shower cubicle, wc & basin. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage benefits from TV with Sky Freeview, DVD.
The current owner has added that they have owned and occupied this ownership for many years and have thoroughly enjoyed their timeshare at Melfort Club and would be happy to assist with all questions.
The Melfort Village is a truly fantastic resort, offering complete relaxation, countryside in the perfect setting.
Owners may also choose to join a timeshare exchange program and bank and exchange the ownership to resort and destinations across the World.
