"This five star resort is located in the Anfi Del Mar development of resorts near Arguineguin on the island of Gran Canaria. Due to declining health the current owner for the past 15 years is reluctantly offering 3 floating flexible SUPER RED weeks which can be reserved throughout the year except for 2 weeks at Christmas and New Year. The owner would be happy to split the weeks if a purchaser was interested in 1, 2 or all 3 weeks. Change over days are flexible with Saturday and Monday being the most popular, although Wednesday and Friday are also available. Both week and location are flexible subject to availability, but booking early is advised as the resort is always in very high demand. The 24 hour reception area has amazing decor in marble and glass and is approached by a private access road. Airport transfers can be arranged and there is a secure underground garage for hire cars. A porter service whisks luggage to and from the apartment. The resort is very well served with taxis, bus routes and a water bus plying between Arguineguin and Mogan.

The air conditioned apartment is finished to a very high standard with an open plan lounge, dining and fully fitted kitchen area. The master bedroom has a huge double bed and private oversized Jacuzzi as well as en suite bathroom with a second door into the living area. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is a second bathroom accessed from the living area which includes a washing machine. The sofa in the lounge is also a double bed, providing the capacity of 6. The lounge and master bedroom have huge glass windows/patio doors which give on to an enormous balcony, equipped with a full patio set and loungers.

The resort is perched high on the cliff with stunning views from the balcony out to sea and across Anfi Beach and Island towards the ancient fishing port at Arguineguin. Owners have access to all the Anfi del Mar resorts with a generous choice of swimming pools, sun terraces, bars and restaurants, as well as the the Anfi promenade and plaza with nightly entertainment and a selection of shops and restaurants, including a well-stocked supermarket. There is a regular programme of activities on the resort and water activities from Anfi Beach, suitable for all ages. The promenade, island and adjoining picturesque marina provide an ideal after dinner walk for the evenings. Further afield, there are many attractions within easy reach, including shops, restaurants and night life in Puerto Rico, a fascinating harbour at Puerto Mogan, a wonderful wildlife park at Palmitos Park, a fun splash park at Aqualand, go-karting at Maspalomas and ten pin bowling and karaoke at Holiday World also in Maspalomas. Local markets are held weekly in Arguineguin and Mogan with many bargains.
