The fixed week number 52 is a wonderful time of year to enjoy your home away from home luxury holiday apartment. This resort is a true gem and relaxation is guaranteed. There is also the excellent New Years Eve firework display to look forward to each year.

Any years you are not using your fixed week you can place this for private rental which offers a great return.

Change over days are flexible with Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Monday being available.

The apartment is finished to an extremely high standard and offers a huge open plan living and dining space as well as a fully fitted kitchen. The apartment sleeps 6 people. There is a master bedroom which includes it's own oversized jacuzzi bath along with ensuite. There is a further double or twin bedroom and a double sleeper sofa bed in the lounge area.

Both bedrooms and the lounge area enjoy floor to ceiling sliding doors which lead onto the large balcony which has outside dining table patio set and chairs and sun loungers for relaxing. The balcony also offers excellent views over the resort and out to the ocean.

You can also select different areas and floors of the resort when making your reservation.

Owners can choose many onsite facilities with a number of swimming pools available, sun terraces, bars and restaurants spread across each of the Anfi Del Mar resorts. There is a promenade and Anfi square where this restaurants and bars and nightly entertainment. You also have plenty of day time activity to keep all ages happy. In the evening there is lovely marina which you can stroll past and then walk over the bridge onto the heart shaped Anfi island and have an evening drink and watch the sunset.
