Carvoeiro is about a 45 min drive from Faro airport.

Carvoeiro is a small fishing village set in the rugged cliffs of the Algarve coast.

The resort sits on a hill just outside the village and is about a 10 minute stroll down to the town centre which has a small but lovely beach.

The apartment has been refurbished about two or three years ago to a high standard.

The bathroom and kitchen have been modernised, there is a flat screen TV and free WiFi. There are also dishwasher, washing machine and ironing board in the apartment.

The apartment has a single bedroom with a further convertible bed in the lounge.

The resort has a main and children's pool, plus 5 restaurants, English type pub, Jazz bar and an excellent Cocktail bar.

There is also a small on site supermarket which is newly refurbished and excellent for most daily needs. Carvoeiro has many restaurants and bars catering to a wide range of tastes.

Within a short drive there are numerous coves along the coast, most of these have lovely secluded beaches.

There is a huge flat beach at Portimao (15 min drive) which is never crowded.
