The current owner is offering for sale their PRIME FLOATING SEASON ownership which allows annual usage at any of the Occidental Vacation Club resorts which include locations in Aruba, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Europe, St. Marteen, United States, Mexico.

The ownership weeks are subject to availability and there are only four weeks a year which cannot be booked which are the Christmas and New Year weeks and the Easter weeks. You have the rest of the year to choose your ideal holiday weekly period.

The accommodation is described as a two bedroom apartment. The layout and design of each apartment will differ from resort to resort. As a general rule a two bedroom will offer sleep 4 to 6. Luxury finish, TV's, WIFI, Mini Bar, Luxury bathroom and ensuite. There will usually be a sitting area and table and chairs and your own private space either a patio, terrace or balcony. The exact configuration of the apartments at each resort will be different. We can provide further information about various resorts on request.

The ownership is available on an annual basis.

The current owner has added that this ownership also includes the Occidental First Club which offers an elevated schedule of extra and additional services. You will receive extra special attention and signature amenities. The Members Only First Club Lounge is open every morning to offer you a healthy breakfast. During the day, enjoy the Premium bar where you can enjoy relaxing. There is also access to the exclusive First Club beach area. You have access to the different bars and restaurants available around the resorts. There is also a service to help you with airport pick-up along with assistance with booking the best tours and excursions of the area.

All Occidental resorts offer all inclusive ownership in some truly fantastic locations and onsite facilities, rooms are all of a very high standard. You have an all inclusive cost to pay for each person travelling when you make your reservation this amount will be confirmed.

The ownership choices do not end with the Occidental Resorts. The resort have recently added Barceló Hotels and Resorts plus an excellent list of affiliated hotels offered in association with RCI, ICE and Diamond Resorts.**Joining an exchange organisation may involve an extra annual charge which we can confirm to all purchasers.
