The current owner is offering for sale their 1 Floating season week described by the owner as a "PRIME FLOATING WEEK". This allows you to book your annual time at any time period throughout the year. The accommodation for this ownership is a one bedroom which offers sleeping for 2 to 4 people.. The exact configuration of the apartments for each resort will be different although a one bedroom will always have one master bedroom and a further double sleeper sofa or pull down wall bed in the lounge area. The apartments will have lounge area, dining area, kitchen or kitchenette. Some apartments will feature en suite and family bathroom. There will also be a balcony or terrace. The ownership is available on an annual basis (every year). The ownership has a long lease and the expiry is the end of year 2044.

The current owner has mentioned that the floating season weeks allow very flexible usage and subject to availabiliity you can secure any time period across the entire year. The ownership allows you to take more than one week per year at a Occidental resort and there are options to add bonus time.
