We are very pleased to be able to offer this superb opportunity to offer a private rental apartment at the Ocean Landings Resort in Cocoa Beach in Florida.

The resort is located on Florida's east coast and is close the Kennedy Space centre and you can easily reach the major attractions like Walt Disney World by car. The resort includes tennis and racquetball courts, two heated swimming pools, a whirlpool spa, exercise equipment, a restaurant, and a lounge. Golf, boating, and deep-sea fishing are just minutes away.

The current owner is offering for rental week number 39 which is the last week in September. The check in date for week 39 is the 28th September 2019 and the rental is for 7 nights.

The accommodation is a one bedroom ocean view which sleeps 4 people. The apartments are finished to an excellent standard and offer fully fitted kitchens along with two bathrooms.

There is a master king size bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space along with an ensuite. There is an open plan living and dining area along with a fully fitted kitchen which is great for preparing meals. There is a queen size double sleeper sofa in the lounge area. There is also a further family bathroom. The apartment benefits from a private balcony which includes a patio set with excellent views out to sea and across the beachfront.

The current owner has mentioned that there is a great restaurant onsite called "Gregory’s" along with Bars in the main building and by the pool.

The rental procedure is very straight forward. Once you have reserved the rental we will contact the private owner who will then inform the resort reception and reservation team of your arrival. We can point you in the right direction for flight comparison websites and other travel related services. You can then begin to prepare for your holiday at Cocoa Beach, Florida.
