Unit 0306 is a beautifully appointed, spacious mid terrace one storey villa on Sand Hill Drive, with its own path and lawn to the front door, parking spaces, and a patio overlooking a small lake to the rear. The surrounding areas are meticulously maintained, landscaped with lush green lawns, plants and trees. The villa is one of four staggered one storey units and enjoys a very high level of privacy. It is not an apartment within a multi-storey block. There are no stairs to climb and no waits for lifts. One particularly attractive feature is the location of the villa. It is within easy walking distance of the resort Clubhouse, vast pool area, tennis courts, and many leisure facilities. Our children were able to come and go safely to the clubhouse as they pleased, without us having to drive them. We could stroll to the Clubhouse in the evening, have dinner and drinks by the beach at Orange Lake, and not worry about having to drive back to the villa later. We have built wonderful memories of family holidays here.
This ownership can also be used in conjunction with the Holiday Inn Points system. The points part of the ownership means you do not need to occupy your specific weekly period and you can travel throughout the Holiday Inn portfolio of resorts. An up to date Holiday Inn points valuation is available by request. There is also the option to upgrade the ownership into the RCI points portfolio. This also gives you access to thousands of other resorts to pick and choose from each year.
There are also further options to join a timeshare exchange company and have access to resorts and destinations across the World through banking and exchanging your week for other time periods and apartment types. This also allows you to make use of bonus weeks and other holiday extras. By owning one timeshare week you can still get a whole lot more holiday time each year.
