The resort is in a wonderful area which has many local attractions along with wonderful views across Teign Estuary.

OWNER COMMENTS: The owner has provided the following information about their ownership at Passage House Club.

Passage House Club is situated next to National Trust reserve and although a tranquil site it is very close to so many places of interests to suit all tastes. It overlooks the estuary with views of Shaldon (Historic Town).

There is a 17th Inn for you to enjoy a meal and a drink next to the Passage House and on site there is the Vue Bar that serves very good cream teas and sandwiches. Also on site is the very classy Lighterman restaurant and if you like to swim or go to the gym they have those too.

You can visit the moors (Dartmouth & Exmouth) Seaside towns include: Torquay, Dawlish, Salcombe, Sidmouth, Paignton, Teignmouth. You can visit Exeter or Plymouth if you want to go shopping. Sea World is in Torquay and The Model Village is in Babbacombe. You can take a steam train and Boat trip to Dartmouth from Paignton. There are vineyards, Brewery, Butterfly farm, Greenwood House (Agatha Christie’s House) near Dartmouth, Paignton Zoo and Dartington Glass factory. Newton Abbot has a race Course there if you like horse racing.

So much for you enjoy and not very far away from Passage House.

This location means you can visit Cornwall as well as Devon as near enough to visit some locations in Cornwall.

I have been visiting passage House for over 20 years and will retain an apartments as love to come down to Devon.
