The current owner is offering their two floating high season weeks for sale. The floating season weeks are particularly popular as you choose your booking dates and can travel at different periods throughout the year. There are only a small number of weeks not available during the main peak August school holiday period. The current owners have advised us that they would consider splitting the weeks in a one week purchase was required.

The accommodation is designed as individual lodges and are detached along with their own private parking spaces. The lodge offers open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area all finished with a modern feel with patio doors leading to a terrace/patio area. Most lodges have grassed area outside. The lodge can sleep upto 6 people with two bedrooms, one being a master double bedroom and a second twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. Some lodges have 1 bathroom and a further shower room, whilst other have a full bathroom and a further separate toilet.

All the lodges have excellent lakeside views combined with mountains and rolling hills and abundance of countryside.

Onsite you can visit the spa and sauna. There are also plenty of outdoor and water sports available.

We thoroughly enjoy our holidays in this Scandinavian-style pine lodge. The location is perfect for relaxing on our porch with a book or watching the antics of the ducks and swans on the lake; enjoying the various leisure facilities at the Resort; or as a base for exploring the spectacular scenery of the nearby Lake District, Morecambe Bay and the Dales. With its generous bedrooms and bathrooms, and its open-plan living and kitchen areas, the lodge is a comfortable home-from-home to return to especially after a day tackling the more challenging roads and walks. The fully equipped kitchen provides us with all we need to dine at home or we take advantage of the welcoming restaurant and bar in the Clubhouse. We arrive knowing that it is so simple to register at reception, park outside our lodge, unload the car ...... and let our holiday begin in this idyllic location.
