We are very pleased to offer for private resale this timeshare ownership at the Porto Mare Residence in Funchal, Madeira.

This ownership is for fixed week numbers 47 & 48 which falls as the last two weeks in November each year. We can provide the exact check in dates for all future weeks on request. An example for this year is the check in for week 47 is the 25th November 2019. The check in day is always a Monday.

The temperature in Madeira at this time of year is always very good with long sunny blue sky days which will be a lot better than the cold winters back at home.

The Two Bedroom Two Bathroom Apartment offers extremely spacious accommodation which includes a large master double bedroom which include ensuite and shower room. There is a further bedroom which can be made up as a double or twin and this also has an ensuite. There is a large open plan lounge and dining area along with a fully equipped kitchen area which includes a dishwasher and is great for preparing meals and snacks. There is also a double sleeper sofa bed in the lounge area which completes the sleep 6. The balcony includes patio furniture which is great for relaxing and enjoying some alfresco dining or enjoying the much warmer climate and blue skies afforded to Madeira at this time of year. The balcony offers excellent views across the resort and out to sea.

The current maintenance for each week is €440 and is payable each year by the 1st December.

The resort has excellent onsite facilities which includes onsite restaurants and snack bars. The well manicured gardens, sun terraces and swimming pool are also kept in excellent condition. You have plenty choice outside the resort and can easily walk into the centre of Funchal where you will find a vast array of restaurants, cafes and bars.

As an owner you can occupy and use your ownership weeks each year. You may also decide to take advantage of joining one of the many timeshare exchange companies and deposit and exchange your ownership to resorts and destinations across the world. This also includes the extra bonus weeks which make your holiday time go so much further each year.
