The floating season allows you to occupy and use your ownership across any weekly period throughout the year with the small exception of the Christmas and New Year week numbers 51 and 52. The check in days for this ownership can be a Saturday or Monday. This is an annual usage ownership.

The apartment sleeps 4 and consists of a master double bedroom. There is a jack and jill style bathroom which is finished to a very high standard with both hall access and access from the master bedroom. There is a spacious open plan living space with a large lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen area. There is also a double sleeper sofa in the lounge area which completes the sleep 4. The entire Anfi Del Mar resort offers outstanding service, quality and facilities. There is a selection of onsite bars and restaurants throughout the resorts along with many swimming pools, fantastic manicured gardens, water features and sun terraces with loungers.

There is a beach area which has a small promenade area with cafes, bars and restaurants with an area known as Anfi square where nightly entertainment takes place. There is an onsite supermarket and shopping centre.

The resort also features a marina where you can take a stroll across the bridge to Anfi Island which is heart shaped. Anfi Island has a chill out area along with a further restaurant and bar area. You can also take a boat trip from Anfi Island to other areas along the coast of Gran Canaria.
