The ownership is described as 1 x Floating Season Week available on an odd year occupancy basis. This means your week is available every odd year.

The apartment is described as a one bedroom which offers a sleeping capacity for 4 people. The one bedroom apartments have open plan living and dining areas along with a small kitchen area. There is a master bedroom, family bathroom and the apartment will also have a terrace or balcony. As the resort is operated under a floating system, you can when making your reservation ask for specific areas of the resort to choose your apartment location. This is of course subject to availability.

As the system offers multi destination and resort usage, one bedroom apartment layouts, design and features will differ from resort to resort. We can on request provide further details about individual resorts.

This ownership will expire on the 31/12/2031.

There is also the option to join a timeshare exchange program. This is where the fun with your ownership begins. You will have an annual charge for the exchange program although the true results of your ownership will become apparent very quickly. You can deposit your week and then exchange to a different part of the World and have access to thousands of other timeshare resorts. You also have access to bonus weeks, extra holiday options and so much more.
