We are pleased to be able to offer to the private resale market this wonderful two week ownership at the Regency Club.

The week numbers being offered are two Peak July/August summer holiday week numbers 30 and 31 which fall as the last week of July and first week of August each year. They are annual weeks and available every year.

The resort is located just an easy 5 minutes away from Playa de las Americas, where you will find an excellent array of shops, beaches and plenty of entertainment for all the family.

The resort offers amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The ownership is for two different apartment* numbers, although the current owner has mentioned that the resort will often give you the same apartment for two weeks subject to availability. The apartment numbers are available on request and we have added further details below.

Week 30; This is apartment 10 which sleeps 4 and has a double bedroom, open plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a family bathroom. The apartment has a balcony and a large terrace area which includes an outdoor BBQ. The balcony and terrace includes a patio set and sun loungers and is a great area for some alfresco dining and relaxation in the warm sunshine.

Week 31; This is apartment 128 which sleeps 4 and has a double bedroom, open plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a family bathroom. The apartment has a balcony which includes a patio set and sun loungers and is a great area for some alfresco dining and relaxation in the warm sunshine.

The changeover day is a Friday.

Owners can choose to holiday at their home resort in Tenerife or can also join a timeshare exchange company and make use of banking and exchanging the ownership to resorts and destinations across the world. This can include bonus weeks and late breaks. There is an extra charge to join a timeshare exchange program. We can explain this in full when you make your enquiry about this ownership.

The resort will also help with internal exchange to other time periods and this is all possible subject to availability.
