The resort is located just an easy 5 minutes away from Playa de las Americas, where you will find an excellent array of shops, beaches and plenty of entertainment for all the family.

The resort offers amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The apartment is a one bedroom for upto 4 guests and has a master double bedroom, open plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a family bathroom. The apartment has a balcony/terrace which includes outdoor patio furniture and sun loungers and is a great area for some alfresco dining and relaxation in the warm sunshine.

The apartment number is "TBC" and a resort plan and apartment layout plan is available on request.

The changeover day is a Friday.

Owners can choose to holiday at their home resort in Tenerife or can also join* a timeshare exchange company and make use of banking and exchanging the ownership to resorts and destinations across the world.
