The resort is located just an easy 5 minutes away from Playa de las Americas, where you will find an excellent array of shops, beaches and plenty of entertainment for all the family.

The Studio style apartment can sleep 2 + 2 people in high levels of comfort. There is an open plan living and sleeping area. This includes double or twin bed, dining and sitting area along with kitchenette which is great for preparing meals. There is also a family bathroom. The apartment has a balcony which includes a patio set and sun loungers and is a great area for some alfresco dining and relaxation in the warm sunshine. The studio is ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 small children.

The changeover day is a Friday.

Owners can choose to holiday at their home resort in Tenerife or can also join a timeshare exchange company and make use of banking and exchanging the ownership to resorts and destinations across the world. This can include bonus weeks and late breaks. There is an extra charge to join a timeshare exchange program. We can explain this in full when you make your enquiry about this ownership.

The resort will also help with internal exchange to other time periods and this is all possible subject to availability.
