This ownership is for two fixed week numbers 20 & 21 which are the last two weeks in May each year. Week 21 also covers the May half term holiday week.
These are two excellent weather weeks in Madeira with excellent temperatures.
The Studio Apartment offers extremely spacious accommodation which includes a large open plan living and sleeping arrangement with a kitchen area, double or twin beds and a sitting and dining area. There is a fully fitted luxury bathroom. There is also a double sleeper sofa bed to complete the sleep 4 capacity. The balcony includes patio furniture which is great for relaxing and enjoying some alfresco dining.
The studio apartment is on the third floor and we can provide the apartment number on request.

The changeover day is a Monday.
The ownership has a long lease remaining until the 31st December 2032.
The resort has excellent onsite facilities which includes a daily maid service along with excellent onsite restaurants and snack bars. The well manicured gardens, sun terraces and swimming pool are also kept in excellent condition.
As an owner you can occupy and use your ownership weeks each year. You may also decide to take advantage of joining one of the many timeshare exchange companies and bank and exchange your ownership to resorts and destinations across the world. This also includes the extra bonus weeks which make your holiday time go so much further each year.
