San Lawrenz Leisure Resort Ref:CAT-849

This is a very special timeshare ownership that we are able to offer at the San Lawrenz, Gozo.

The ownership consists of two interlocking studios, each having own bathroom and privacy. The two studios must however be used concurrently in the same week.

Maximum occupancy for each studio is 3 persons - 2 on half-board basis (excluding drinks) and 1 on bed-only. Hence, for example, the week may be used by two couples each with a child, whereby full buffet breakfast and dinner are already paid for the 4 adults. A discount of 20% is available on extra meals and on drinks.

The week 26 is in the red period and hence may be exchanged for any other week at the Kempinski Hotel without any additional fees payable.

The hotel includes 3 outdoor pools and 2 internal pools, tennis courts, squash court and gym. Excursions to main beaches and places of interest plus car / bycicle hire are available from the hotel.

Hotel is located in a quite location in the countryside in a quaint village of San Lawrenz, Gozo - ideal for walks. The hotel is also just 10-20 minutes from harbour and main beaches.

This ownership expires in 2024.
