The apartments are both one bedrooms which offer a total sleeping capacity of 4 people. There is a double or twin master bedroom along with a double sofa bed in the lounge area. There is also an open plan living room and dining area along with kitchen and private bathroom.

The resort is close to the Cairngorm Mountains and set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, countryside. There is a vast selection of outdoor activities in the local area and plenty of places to visit along with restaurants and shops.

Owners can choose to holiday during their fixed week each year or may also choose to join a timeshare exchange company and begin to deposit and bank the week and then make exchanges to resorts and destinations across the world.

There are also further options to upgrade the ownership into an RCI points system.
