You can use the ownership in many different ways with flexible holiday time and resorts at the heart of the Seasons Keys ownership.

Each year with this ownership you can taken advantage of 1 x A Week which is peak holiday times and a further short break week per annum which can be a long weekend Friday to Monday or a mid week break Monday to Friday. Your ownership type is for a two bedroom sleeps 4 accommodation however with the multiple flexible booking options you can pick and choose different types of accommodation. The accommodation will always include a hot tub.

This contract can be used at ANY of the Seasons resorts subject to availability with an 18 month booking window.

You have access to Seaham Hall, Clowance Estate, Brunston Castle, Whitbarrow Lodge, Bude Coastal Resort, Forest Hills, Club Tahiti, Knocktopher Abbey, Dylan Coastal Resort & Milk Wood House, Belton Woods and Slaley Hall. There is a large selectio of Luxury level accommodaiton and then the Iconic level which you will have access to. In accordance with the fractional rules, the fractional owner will recevie a propotionate share of the net sales proceeds when each of the apartments of the same type are sold during the sale period (and after the sale has completed), as outlined in and accordance with the deed of trust and fractional rules. Owners can choose to enjoy the vast array of resorts through Seasons each year however there are further options to join a timeshare exchange company and make use of banking and exchanging your ownership to resorts and destinations across the world. There are well over 3500 resorts to choose from once you join an exchange company. This also gives you access to late breaks and many getaway weeks each year at discounted rates.
