The current owner is offering 100 Premium weeks (700 nights). The premium weeks are for occupancy and usage throughout the Sirenis portfolio of all-inclusive resorts. You also have the added benefit that the ownership can be used in conjunction with RCI Timeshare Exchange which offers well over 3000 resorts and destinations across the World to exchange. This ensures you can use your holiday time between Sirenis resorts and travel throughout a wider network of timeshare resorts across the world. There is also the option to use and exchange through Dial an Exchange (DAE). If you join RCI or DAE there will be *extra membership charges which we can explain in full.

This ownership is for 100 weekly periods however there is an option to use the weeks split into Nights and have short weekend breaks or mid week holidays at your chosen resort. The current ownership equates to 700 nights. This makes this ownership a truly excellent way to enjoy your holiday time.

You can gift some of your weeks to family and friends or even offer them as rentals.

The Sirenis ownership is enjoyed with no annual maintenance charge so you do not need to worry about annual charges. The current owner has confirmed that the all inclusive cost per person travelling changes slightly between each resort and the time of year you stay at a Sirenis resort. "As a Gold Member you have access to all the Club Premium Collection Suites from the SPT Int. Resorts. The Club Premium Connecting Suite has a four adults minimum occupancy required and uses two of your SPT Int. Premium Weeks/Nights per night stay. The SPT Int. All-Inclusive rates are subject to change on a yearly basis. The other types of SPT Int. Club Suites are not available to Gold Members. The SPT Int. Club Suites are available at a preferred All-Inclusive mandatory rate not less than 50% off the Hotel’s established All-Inclusive mandatory rates on The Sirenis Hotels & Resorts official Website."
