Located in Northumberland in the North East of England is where you will find this resort surrounded by over 1000 acres of forest and moorland.

The current owners are offering their two fixed week numbers 38 & 39 which are the last two weeks of September each year.

This is usually an excellent time to holiday in the UK where the days are still long and you will have some excellent bright blue skies. This is especially good when you can enjoy the great outdoors and the excellent onsite golf facilities.

The villa/lodge is one of the spacious well designed full four bedrooms which offers a total sleeping capacity of 8 people. The current owner has provided the following excellent information about the overall layout of the accommodation and is happy to answer all questions about the ownership which they have enjoyed as a family for many years. The villa is raised slightly which offers a very commanding position on the site with golf course and countryside views. The villa is arranged in a split level style. The main floor has two double bedrooms one of these bedrooms has an ensuite. There is also a large family bathroom on this floor which includes a large jacuzzi bath and a sauna. There is a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen which is great for preparing meals and snacks. There is a further large bedroom which also has an ensuite and then a master bedroom which also has an en suite. The bedrooms can be set up prior to arrival as double or twins depending on your specific requirements. The villa has some excellent out side space which includes a balcony from one of the bedrooms a further balcony from the kitchen/dining area and a further large terrace from the lounge area which includes outdoor patio set. The entire accommodation both fixtures and fittings are finished to a very high standard and we can provide many more pictures on request.

As an owner you have your own private golf buggy which is yours to use during your stay and is very useful for getting between your lodge and the hotel/spa area. If you are a golfer it can also be used for your golfing day outs at the onsite Championship courses. There is a Golf pro onsite for lessons and owners receive discounts on the golf fees.

Onsite you have access to the indoor swimming pool and spa. You also have the main hotel restaurant as well as the bar and eating area at the "Claret Jug", which is a favourite with golfers and friends to meet.

Owner discounts are available across the resort restaurants and bars.

If you want to explore the outside area you have Hadrians Wall nearby along with Hexham town centre which has a superb shopping area.
