Located in Northumberland in the North East of England is where you will find this resort surrounded by over 1000 acres of forest and moorland.

The current owner is offering their fixed week number 14 which is the first week in April each year. This can often fall around the Easter holiday period.

The accommodation is one of the 4 bedroom detached villa/lodges which offer outstanding space and a sleeping capacity of 8 people. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms along with 3 ensuites along with a family bathroom plus sauna in the family bathroom. You have a fully equipped kitchen and open plan living and dining area. You have a wonderful large terrace.

As an owner you have your own private golf buggy which is yours to use during your stay and is very useful for getting between your lodge and the hotel/spa area. If you are a golfer it can also be used for your golfing day outs at the onsite Championship courses. There is a Golf pro on site for lessons and owners receive discounts on the golf fees.

Onsite you have access to the indoor swimming pool and spa. You also have the main hotel restaurant as well as the bar and eating area at the "Claret Jug", which is a favourite with golfers and friends to meet.

The current owners have added the following comments about the ownership: "We bought our timeshare 15 years ago when our kids were young and it has been a fantastic family holiday venue for us and a firm favourite with the kids. The Lodge is spacious and finished to a high standard where everyone has their own space, we have often added in extended family and friends to our holidays and we even had our honeymoon there! Slaley has great facilities on site with the leisure pool, spa, golf, restaurants which you receive a discount but is also close enough to some fantastic facilities like the open air museum at Beamish, the historic town of Hexham, the pretty villages of Corbridge and Blanchlands where we like having coffee/cake and a browse through the little boutiques. It's also around 40 minutes drive from Newcastle main centre or the Metro centre and around an hour to Alnwick Castle. All of these would be on our itinerary for the week during our stay. Our youngest is 17 now so we've outgrown Slaley and now have a holiday home in Spain, it is therefore with some reluctance we are giving Slaley up.

You can also choose to join one of the many timeshare exchange companies and make use of banking and exchanging your weekly period to resorts across the world. This also gives you added advantages like bonus weeks and late break getaways.
