The apartment is a one bedroom seaview for 4 guests and has a master double bedroom, open plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a family bathroom. The apartment has a balcony/terrace which includes outdoor patio furniture and sun loungers and is a great area for some alfresco dining and relaxation in the warm sunshine.

The changeover day is a Friday.
Owners can choose to holiday at their home resort in Antigua or can also join a timeshare exchange company and make use of banking and exchanging the ownership to resorts and destinations across the world. This can include bonus weeks and late breaks. There is an extra charge to join a timeshare exchange program. We can explain this in full when you make your enquiry about this ownership.
The resort will also help with internal exchange to other time periods and this is all possible subject to availability.
