There is a further double or twin bedroom. There is also a double sleeper sofa bed in the lounge area. The apartment has a balcony/terrace which includes outdoor patio furniture and sun loungers and is a great area for some alfresco dining and relaxation in the warm sunshine.

The changeover day is a Saturday.

The ownership has a lease until the year 2040.

Owners can choose to holiday at their home resort in Antigua or can also join a timeshare exchange company and make use of banking and exchanging the ownership to resorts and destinations across the world.
