The resort is set within 400 acre estate with a large 64 acre private lake. The resort is just a short distance from Disney World and many of the other major attractions that Orlando has to offer.

The current owner is offering their super large three bedroom lock out style apartment. The lock off is a very unique ownership which offers and adds real value to your ownership. The lock out consists of a one bedroom apartment and a two bedroom apartment. The apartment can be taken over one week as one large apartment which offers a total sleeping capacity across the two apartments of up to 12 people. Although the popularity of lock out apartments is the idea that you can access two holiday weeks at your resort each year by staying one week in the two bedroom apartment and then enjoying a further week in the other one bedroom apartment. All of this can be offered by paying just the one maintenance fee for your lock out apartment. The one bedroom apartment sleeps 4 and the two bedroom apartment sleeps 8. We can provide a full layout and facilities list by request along with a quote on the maintenance fees.

There are further benefits to mention when owning a lock out. If you choose to join a timeshare exchange system you can also bank just one side of the lock off apartment which allows you to use one holiday week at your resort and then make an exchange to another resort and destination again all possible by only paying one maintenance fee. There is an extra charge for joining an exchange program which we can explain.

This ownership week is deeded to number 45 which is a November week. The occupancy is available on an every even year basis.
