These CLC points are then used by you and your family to travel throughout the CLC portfolio of resorts across the world. There is a vast array o resorts and destinations to choose from and is all dealt with by CLC central reservation team.

The fractional ownership apartment has an expiry date of the end of 2031. At this time the appointed trustee will arrange for the apartment to be placed for sale. Subject to a completed sale any profits will be distributed amongst the shared owners of the fractional scheme.
