There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both has en suites. The first floor is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine. There is a lounge and dining area which includes a dining table for 6 and sofas and large flat screen TV. There is also a pull down double bed which completes the sleep 6 capacity. There is a further family bathroom on this floor which includes a shower, toilet and a sauna.

There is a rolling maintenance and refurbishment programme so the lodge is always up to date and in very good condition.

The current owner has mentioned that the balcony overlooks the 18th hole of the golf course. They have also mentioned at that your lodge is supplied with ample parking and you are only a couple of hundred yards from the main club house and spa.

The spa is superb and is often written about as being a haven of tranquility. The spa is completely free for all guests of your lodge making this a huge saving on general daily entrance.

As an owner at The Carrick you also have access to all of the facilities at Cameron House. There is a concierge service onsite who will run you between the two resorts by luxury transfer when required.

The onsite golf course is described as being "first class" and was designed by Doug Carrick.

The area is surrounded by huge amounts of natural beauty with access to the Loch on your doorstep. You can go for walks, spa days, play golf, clay pigeon shooting, mountain biking and so much more. There are options to take day trips to Edinburgh.
