The apartment has two bedrooms both with ensuite. There is a fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge and dining area. There is also a double sleeper sofa in the lounge area. There is a separate wc.
The current owners have mentioned that the apartment has a lovely private patio.
There is a rolling maintenance and refurbishment programme so the apartment is always up to date and in very good condition.
The onsite spa is superb and is often written about as being a haven of tranquility. The spa is completely free for all guests of your apartment making this a huge saving on general daily entrance.
As an owner at The Carrick you also have access to all of the facilities at Cameron House. There is a concierge service onsite who will run you between the two resorts by luxury transfer when required.
The onsite golf course is described as being "first class" and was designed by Doug Carrick.
The area is surrounded by huge amounts of natural beauty with access to the Loch on your doorstep. You can go for walks, spa days, play golf, clay pigeon shooting, mountain biking and so much more. There are options to take day trips to Edinburgh.
You may also decide to join a timeshare exchange program which will allow you to bank and exchange your ownership to resorts and destinations across the World. This can also be very useful if you want to add further holidays each year with bonus weeks and late break getaways. *There is an extra cost associated with joining an exchange program which we can explain on request.
