The week number being offered are two red/high season last week of March and first part of April week number 12 & 13. This is an annual week and available every year.

The resort is located in the Chayofa area which is close to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas, where you will find an excellent array of shops, beaches and plenty of entertainment for all the family.

The resort offers a wonderful setting with a very peaceful and relaxing holiday.

The ownership accommodation is described as a one bedroom which can sleep upto 4.

The apartment will sleep 4 and has a master bedroom with en suite, open plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a family bathroom. The lounge area includes a double sleeper sofa bed which completes the sleep 4. The apartment has a balcony or terrace which includes a patio set and sun loungers and is a great area for some alfresco dining and relaxation in the warm sunshine. There is also a private roof terrace which is a great sunbathing area.

The changeover day is a Friday.

Owners can choose to holiday at their home resort in Tenerife or can also join a timeshare exchange company and make use of banking and exchanging the ownership to resorts and destinations across the world. This can include bonus weeks and late breaks. There is an extra charge to join a timeshare exchange program. We can explain this in full when you make your enquiry about this ownership.
