We are very pleased to have this excellent ownership available for timeshare resale at the Westgate Town Center resort. This ownership is described as 2 floating season weeks which allow flexible usage throughout the year on an annual basis therefore you have the opportunity to occupy on an odd and even year basis although the actual ownership is for 4 weekly periods which fall on an odd and even occupancy. All weekly periods are available to book and there are only a few very peak (event) weeks which carry an extra charge to use. You can enjoy peak time ownership in July and August school holidays. The apartment is one of the very large two bedrooms which has a sleeping capacity of 8 to 10 people. This ownership can also be used as a lock out which allows the apartment to be split into two smaller apartments over a two weekly period. Therefore the two floating weeks become a four week ownership.
