The lounge area includes a double sleeper sofa bed. There is also a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The one bedroom apartment can sleep 4 people.
The current owner also has the adjoining Studio Apartment Sleeps 2 to 4 Unit available for rental during this time period. If you are a larger family it may suit you to have the two units side by side.
As you will be using the ownership as a private rental you will benefit from the owner services which include discounted food, beverage, and services. Free use of snorkeling gear. This is a Prime week before summer storm season but with ocean water temperatures over 80F. The units are in great condition and you will receive a warm welcome at this wonderful resort.
The current owner is very knowledgeable about the resort, the area and is happy to answer any questions you may have.
